Most issues fall into one of three areas: the extension is not installed in the current browser profile, the license is not active for the selected product, or the AI website changed its interface.

Get help with Prompt N' Run
Find support for installation, account sign-in, license activation, Pro access, billing, diagnostics, and browser automation behavior.
Before contacting support
Open the Prompt N' Run panel, confirm whether it shows Basic or Pro, confirm whether you are on Claude or ChatGPT, and download the diagnostic log when available.
Do not send your full license key in an initial support message. Use the plan name, product, browser, and activation status instead.
Install the extension
Install the Claude extension for claude.ai, the ChatGPT extension for chatgpt.com, or both if you purchased the Bundle plan. Make sure the extension is installed in the same Chrome profile you use for Prompt N' Run.

After checkout, Prompt N' Run returns to the license success page and attempts to activate the installed extension. You can also activate from the extension panel by entering a valid license key.

Basic mode allows limited use. Pro mode unlocks paid automation behavior according to your product grant. A Claude-only license unlocks Claude. A ChatGPT-only license unlocks ChatGPT. A Bundle license unlocks both.
Wrong-product message
This means the license is real but does not grant the extension you are trying to unlock. Use the matching extension or upgrade to the Bundle plan.
Repeat mode
Repeat sends the same prompt multiple times with controlled delay and completion detection. Keep the target AI tab open so the extension can send the next prompt.
Sequence mode
Sequence runs different prompts in order. Use it when each step depends on a different instruction, such as drafting, reviewing, rewriting, and formatting.
Schedule mode
Schedule sends prompts at selected times using your browser and system clock. The target AI tab must be available when the scheduled run is due.
Diagnostics
Diagnostics and logs help support identify installation, activation, page-detection, and runtime issues. Download the log from the extension when reporting a technical problem.
Billing and subscriptions
Billing is handled through Stripe. Contact support when a subscription, receipt, cancellation, refund, or plan mismatch does not match what appears in your Prompt N' Run account.
