What's the difference between the Claude, ChatGPT, and Bundle plans?
Prompt N' Run comes as two browser extensions - one for claude.ai and one for chatgpt.com - with the same features. Buy the one you use, or get the Bundle to unlock Pro on both for less than buying them separately.
Is there a free version?
Yes. The free tier includes Repeat mode, up to 10 prompts per run, and 1,000 total repeats. Pro adds Sequence and Schedule modes, unlimited runs, and advanced timing controls.
How does the 7-day free trial work?
Start your 7-day Pro trial at checkout. You get full Pro features right away and won't be charged until day 8. Cancel any time before then and you won't pay.
Can I upgrade from one extension to the Bundle?
Yes. If you're on Claude Pro or ChatGPT Pro and want both, switch to the Bundle from your subscription and you'll only pay the prorated difference.
Is my subscription auto-renewed? Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your customer portal using the "Manage your subscription" link in your purchase receipt email. You'll keep Pro until the end of your current billing period.
Can I get a refund?
Annual plans are refundable within 14 days of purchase. Monthly plans are not refunded unless there is a clear issue with the product.
How long does a refund take?
Once a refund is issued, you'll get an automatic email at your payment address. Refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
Do I need an account?
No account needed. After purchase you'll receive a license key by email. Paste it into the extension's Options page and Pro unlocks.
How many devices can I use my license on?
Your license works on one device at a time. Moving to a new computer? Open the extension's Options and deactivate to free up the seat, then activate on the new one.
What happens when my trial or subscription ends?
You drop back to the free tier. Your settings are kept, while Pro-only modes and any running daily schedules pause until you resubscribe.
Which browsers are supported?
Chrome and Chromium-based browsers, including Edge, Brave, and Arc.
