Activation and license help

Include the extension you are using, the browser profile, the plan you purchased, and whether the panel shows Basic or Pro. Do not send your full license key unless support specifically requests a redacted diagnostic record.

Bug reports

Describe what happened, what you expected to happen, the page you were using, your browser version, and whether the issue happens on Claude, ChatGPT, or both.

Billing questions

Payments, subscriptions, receipts, cancellations, and card updates are handled through Stripe. Contact support when a billing issue does not match the plan shown in your Prompt N' Run account.
