Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Prompt N' Run website, browser extensions, accounts, subscriptions, and support services.

1. Agreement

These Terms are between you and Ben-Simon Labs, LLC. By using Prompt N' Run, you agree to these Terms and to any additional terms shown during checkout, activation, or account use.

2. What Prompt N' Run does

Prompt N' Run provides browser extension tools that help users repeat prompts, run prompt sequences, and schedule prompt work on supported AI platforms such as Claude and ChatGPT.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining control of your account, browser profile, installed extensions, and license information. You must provide accurate account and billing information when purchasing or activating Pro access.

4. Subscriptions and trials

Paid plans, free trials, renewals, invoices, cancellations, and payment methods are processed through Stripe. Your subscription continues until canceled according to the checkout and billing terms shown at purchase.

5. Refunds

Annual plans may be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Monthly plans are generally not refunded unless there is a clear product issue that prevents normal use. Contact support for billing review.

6. License access

Pro access requires a valid license or account entitlement. Licenses may be limited by product, plan, subscription status, and abuse-prevention rules. Canceled, expired, refunded, or invalid subscriptions may lose Pro access.

7. Third-party AI services

Prompt N' Run works with third-party AI websites but does not control those services, their availability, their terms, their models, their responses, or their interface changes. You are responsible for following the rules of the AI service you use.

8. User responsibility

You are responsible for the prompts you run, the outputs you generate, and how you use automation. Do not use Prompt N' Run to violate laws, abuse third-party services, bypass access controls, send spam, harass others, or automate harmful activity.

9. Product changes

Prompt N' Run may change features, limits, pricing, supported platforms, extension behavior, or backend services as needed to improve the product, maintain compatibility, or comply with platform requirements.

10. Availability

Prompt N' Run is provided on a commercially reasonable basis. Browser updates, AI website changes, network issues, authentication providers, payment systems, or extension platform policies may affect availability.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Prompt N' Run and Ben-Simon Labs, LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service.
